Each attraction displays its own regulations, though it should be emphasised that children should measure at least 1.20 meters to access on the water rides, and for safety reasons you may not wear chains or any kind of metal accessories on the water rides.

 

  • There are weight limits on NIAGARA (max. 100kg) and CRESTA (min. 50kg and max. 100kg).
  • Picnics are permitted in the set areas of the park, respecting the rules stated in these areas 
  • Some park facilities and/or attractions may be closed for technical, weather-related or organisational reasons.
  • The park opening hours are subject to change, please consult the ticket offices at the park entrance.
  • The picnic areas have limited capacity and are subject to special rules, displayed in these areas.
  • You may not bring in cans and/or glass containers.
  • First Aid assistance is available by the Sea Lion amphitheatre.
  • You may not bring in camping or beach equipment.
  • There is information on display at all the facilities regarding their correct usage.
  • It is mandatory to obey the rules and regulations and the instructions of Aqua Natura staff at all times.
  • You must shower each time before entering the water.
  • You must be able to swim in order to use the park facilities.
  • Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Any lost children should be reported to Aqua Natura staff.
  • For their safety, monitor any children or people you are with who do not know how to swim.
  • No games are permitted that may endanger or cause inconvenience to others.
  • The use of inflatable mattresses or similar items is not permitted.
  • We recommend you do not wear valuable items such as rings, chains, watches etc. while using the facilities. Aqua Natura is not responsible for any losses and cannot look after personal items.
  • You must wear suitable swimwear in order to access the facilities.
  • You may not use the park attractions if you are unwell, under the effects of alcohol or drugs, suffering from any infectious or contagious diseases, or have any other physical or health limitations that prevent you from using them.
  • The use of water slides by visitors with reduced mobility is subject to restrictions to guarantee both their physical safety, as well as that of other visitors and to maintain the condition of the attraction.
  • The organisation and control of turns on the water slides is the responsibility of the staff member at each attraction.

AQUA NATURA BENIDORM AND PICNIC AREA RULES

IT IS PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE PREMISES WITH SHOPPING CARTS, PLASTIC BAGS OR ANY TYPE OF INDUSTRIAL FOOD CONTAINER.

IT IS PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE PREMISES WITH REFRIGERATORS, CHILLED BAGS OR BACKPACKS THAT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED MEASURES.

THE ENTRANCE OF COOL-BOX OR RUCKSACKS WITH FOOD IN THE VIP AREA IS NOT ALLOWED
 
The entrance of cool-box or rucksacks with food in the VIP area is not allowed.
 

Hammocks and loungers can only be used in the designated areas and their transfer to other areas is prohibited.

It is necessary to wear an appropriate attire. It is obligatory to have a covered torso and footwear.

Smoking, drinking and eating is prohibited in specifically not permitted areas.

Access to the park is not permitted with any type of object or utensil that prevents the park’s own normal activity, or endangers our visitors or installations integrity.

It is not permitted to access the park with animals.

For security reasons, it is not allowed to run through the facilities or make improper use of them.

It is not allowed to bathe in the fountains.

Terra Natura reserves the right to modify the scheduled opening and closing times of the Park due to full capacity or force majeure.

Terra Natura is not responsible for the suspensions or modifications, without prior notice, of shows and biological demonstrations due to adverse weather or technical conditions or any other force majeure or fortuitous event.

Terra Natura reserves the exclusive right to do filming within its facilities and the commercial use thereof, undertaking the pertinent legal actions if this right is violated by third parties.

Terra Natura is not responsible for lost or stolen items at any point of our facilities.

For security reasons, it is mandatory to follow the instructions of Terra Natura’s staff.

For security reasons and if considered necessary, Terra Natura reserves the right to check bags or luggage.

Parking tickets and entrances to Terra Natura are non-refundable for their economic value.

Terra Natura is not responsible for objects deposited inside the vehicles parked in its facilities.

The stay time of a vehicle in the parking ends at the closing time of our facilities.

Respect the safety distances indicated in the animal enclosures. Terra Natura is not responsible for any material damage in case of non-compliance with safety rules.

These rules may be subject to modification or alteration by Terra Natura for any of the reasons that have arisen regarding the operation of the park.

For security reasons it is forbidden to run inside the facilities.

It is necessary to wear a swimsuit in the pools and slides.

It is prohibited to use clothes with buttons or zippers on the slides.

Only suitable footwear is allowed in the swimming pools and on the slides.

For safety reasons, the use of slides is prohibited for pregnant woman and people with heart problems.

The park floats are only permitted in the pools and slides.

It is not permitted to leave children under 12 years old alone in the swimming pools or children's area.

It is forbidden to smoke, eat or drink inside the slides and pools.

The use of glasses or sunglasses on slides and deep parts of swimming pools is prohibited.
