Rules and regulations


PARK RULES:

Terra Natura Benidorm reserves the right of admission, as well as the expulsion from the park facilities that will be exercised in its case, according to the relevant laws and regulations.
Picnicking is permitted in designated areas within the premises, these areas have a limited capacity and rules that must be respected.

IT IS PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE PREMISES WITH SHOPPING CARTS, PLASTIC BAGS OR ANY TYPE OF INDUSTRIAL FOOD CONTAINER.

IT IS PROHIBITED TO ENTER THE PREMISES WITH REFRIGERATORS, CHILLED BAGS OR BACKPACKS THAT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED MEASURES.

Hammocks and loungers can only be used in the designated areas and their transfer to other areas is prohibited.

It is necessary to wear an appropriate attire. It is obligatory to have a covered torso and footwear.

Smoking, drinking and eating is prohibited in specifically not permitted areas.

Access to the park is not permitted with any type of object or utensil that prevents the park’s own normal activity, or endangers our visitors or installations integrity.

It is not permitted to access the park with animals.

For security reasons, it is not allowed to run through the facilities or make improper use of them.

It is not allowed to bathe in the fountains.

Terra Natura reserves the right to modify the scheduled opening and closing times of the Park due to full capacity or force majeure.

Terra Natura is not responsible for the suspensions or modifications, without prior notice, of shows and biological demonstrations due to adverse weather or technical conditions or any other force majeure or fortuitous event.

Terra Natura reserves the exclusive right to do filming within its facilities and the commercial use thereof, undertaking the pertinent legal actions if this right is violated by third parties.

Terra Natura is not responsible for lost or stolen items at any point of our facilities.

For security reasons, it is mandatory to follow the instructions of Terra Natura’s staff.

For security reasons and if considered necessary, Terra Natura reserves the right to check bags or luggage.

Parking tickets and entrances to Terra Natura are non-refundable for their economic value.

Terra Natura is not responsible for objects deposited inside the vehicles parked in its facilities.

The stay time of a vehicle in the parking ends at the closing time of our facilities.

Respect the safety distances indicated in the animal enclosures. Terra Natura is not responsible for any material damage in case of non-compliance with safety rules.

These rules may be subject to modification or alteration by Terra Natura for any of the reasons that have arisen regarding the operation of the park.

Parking rules

Terra Natura accepts no liability for damage to your vehicle, including objects kept inside your vehicle while it is on our premises.

There are spaces reserved for disabled people, please respect them.

For safety reasons, it is mandatory to obey the instructions of all Terra Natura staff, as well as all signs and posters.

The length of stay for a vehicle parked in the car park ends when the facilities close.
