This is a very special guided tour, where visitors are immersed in a sensory journey to discover some of the most fascinating animals on the planet up close.
The visit is conducted in small groups, led by an environmental educator from the zoo, who will share stories, curiosities and secrets about the animals, their care and the importance of their conservation.
During the tour, we will visit different habitats and get up close to iconic groups such as:

An unforgettable experience, interacting with fascinating birds and other animals. Access an exclusive area where you can interact directly with these incredible animals with expert falconers.
You'll get up close and personal with calaos, meerkats, macaws, birds of prey and even majestic crowned cranes, among other amazing species. Learn to distinguish between diurnal and nocturnal raptors. Discover the essential role of scavenger birds and their unexpected allies in nature. Discovery Aviary
Live a unique and unforgettable experience!
Take part in a unique experience, where you will be able to attend a live training demonstration of the birds in the aviary, learning aspects of their plumage, diets, behaviour and skills from our expert keepers.
An exclusive activity, in which our professionals will share with you specialised techniques to foster trust and bonding with the birds, allowing you to connect with Nature in a fun way, entering the area reserved for animal keepers.
Children aged 2 and over must pay to take part in the activity, and up to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (also paying).

Dry interaction with sea lions

Dare to get up close and personal with these impressive animals. An educational, original and fun activity.We are waiting for you at Aqua Natura next to the sea lion pool, access through Terra Natura. You will be able to have direct contact with the sea lions and interact with them without having to enter the water. The keepers will show you how they interact and train the sea lion family. You will learn about their morphology and surprising curiosities exclusive to this activity.
Duration: 20 min.
A valid ticket or pass is required for this experience.
Children up to and including 8 years old must be supervised by an adult from outside.

Mermaids and Tritons school
Available from 27 March 2026
Become a mermaid or a merman. Make your dream come true, learning the secret art of mermaids, to swim with a fin and to get a make over to look just like them. The activity takes place in the pool in Aqua Natura and it is recommended for both children and adults.
