No, we offer a collection service for purchases, so you can collect them when you leave the park.
Yes. at Terra Natura it is located at the entrance to the park, and at Aqua Natura there are signs to a First Aid Station

We have changing rooms with nursing seats beside the bathrooms. Baby bottles can be warmed in most restaurants in the park.
For visitor safety, selfie poles, GoPro, mobile phones and other photographic equipment are not permitted during the use of attractions or slides.
As it is an open space, smoking or vaping are not prohibited in the park. Nevertheless, it is not permitted to smoke near child play areas or demonstrations or shows. Nor is it permitted to smoke inside buildings.
The entrance ticket gives the right to visit the park, it’s events, talks and demonstrations. Not included are other services such as photos, souvenirs, food or special experiences.
Yes, it is possible to leave the park and enter again on the same day. Keep your ticket, and ask at the exit for a special stamp that must be shown when you re-enter.
The park continues functioning normally even on rainy days, so there is no refund.
The timetable of activities and a location map are provided when entering the park.
Our Customer Services office will give you instructions. Show them your ticket and they will show you how to return on the same day without having to pay a second time for parking.
The parking fee is for the entire day. You can pay at the ticket windows upon arrival or when leaving.

For safety reasons it is not permitted to enter the park with skateboards, scooters, bicycles, tricycles or any other mobility device that could present a danger either to the user or to other visitors.
Ideally it is best to spend the entire day enjoying the animals and experiences on offer. A visit to all the áreas of the zoo can be done in 4 hours.
The park has lockers where you can secure your personal items.
We haven’t cash machines in the park, but you can pay using your credit card for all the services the park offers.

The park grounds are designed for people with reduced mobility. Nevertheless, Access and use of attractions is subject to the user being able to do them without putting themselves or others at risk.
The park has amphibious wheelchairs which can be used free upon request. The park also rents wheelchairs and electric scooters.
We have baby changing rooms with nursing seats beside the bathrooms. Baby bottles can be warmed in most restaurants in the park.

The majority of attractions require a minimum height of 120cm, for safety purposes. Some attractions also have a weight limit.
The park has areas for young children, with slides and features adapted for very small children.
It is not permitted to take children less than 120cm tall onto attractions with height limits, even though they go accompanied by an adult.
All our installations function with fresh water.
We have a First Aid Station available with a doctor and a nurse who can attend to your needs.
For the sake of hygiene, it is not permitted to swim or go on the attractions with street clothes or with shoes.
Items such as the burkini or neoprene are permitted if they are made for swimming, although for safety reasons they cannot be used when sliding on some of our attractions.
