SELECTION OF THE WINNER / SUBSTITUTES / COMMUNICATION AND DELIVERY

On Tuesday, May 4^th, 2021, the raffle will be held among all participants who have done all the requirements of the contest. After conducting the raffle, we will publish the name of the winner on the @TerraNaturaZoo Facebook fan page.

The raffle will be carried out randomly through the online page ‘Sortea2’

If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days from the first contact attempt, or the winner renounces the prize, a new winner will be selected, the previous winner losing his right to claim the prize. The new winner will also be communicated through the @TerraNaturaZoo Facebook fan page.
