In Terra Natura Benidorm we recreate the Jurassic period with a unique experience, starring large animated dinosaurs. The Jurassic Experience party will take place on the 29th of June and will take visitors back to the Jurassic period, when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.

New this year, a replica of the off-road vehicle that appeared in the original film ‘Jurassic Park’ will be on display thanks to the collaboration of the Finestrat Motor Museum, which in addition to this cinematic vehicle also houses other iconic vehicles of the 20th century and will give children a free entrance to the museum in the children’s menu. The entertainment will be provided by the Napoleonic Valencian Association, as well as a great batucada.

Visitors will be able to watch and interact with two huge animatronic T-Rexes, which are about two metres high and four metres long and make their appearance from the great volcano in the Pangea area. These animatronic figures make sounds and will interact with the audience. There will also be another animatronic figure of a velociraptor. Blue, as this velociraptor is called, will move around the park’s facilities.

The aim of this action is to promote learning about dinosaurs and the Jurassic era in a playful way. The aim is to offer recreational and entertaining activities for people of all ages, while encouraging interaction and enjoyment among family members. In parallel, several reproductions of dinosaur eggs and various species of dinosaurs will be set up inside the volcano of Terra Natura Benidorm. The programme will be completed with a dinosaur face painting workshop. The little ones will be able to enjoy the unique experience of feeding the three animated dinosaurs, who will be waiting for them in the multi-adventure area set in Asia. There will also be a dinosaur egg workshop in the Pangea area and another workshop in which participants will learn to differentiate the characteristics of dinosaurs and crocodiles, animals that are descended from these extinct animals and that still retain some of their characteristics.

This last workshop will take place in the Asia area, where the crocodile installation that inhabits Terra Natura Benidorm is located. Other activities, such as the Fairy´s School, will be themed around dinosaurs.
