Both companies have renewed the collaboration, for the third consecutive year, where we seek to consolidate the park as a sustainable tourist destination.

Terra Natura Benidorm and Renfe ​​have renewed their alliance with the signing of a new collaboration agreement that aims to make the population aware of the need to take care of the planet’s biodiversity. The agreement, which was signed this morning during the celebration of the International Tourism Fair (Fitur), will also allow the nature and animal park to be consolidated as a sustainable tourist destination specialised in family leisure.

The signing of the collaboration agreement was attended by the director of the Renfe Business Area, Francisco Arteaga, and the Commercial director of Terra Natura Benidorm, Javier Zapata. The agreement includes a graphic campaign that will be applied to the heads of Renfe’s high-speed lines. From a didactic perspective, messages about the conservation status of some species that are especially threatened will be conveyed so that travellers can learn about these data of interest.

The renewal of this agreement seeks to promote the use of the train as a sustainable transport. For this reason, from Terra Natura Benidorm we will promote Renfe Viajeros services and in particular those that make the AVE-Long Distance trains. We will inform our visitors of the promotions and commercial conditions offered by Renfe Viajeros.

During the attendance at Fitur, the Commercial Director of Terra Natura Benidorm has talked about the new app of the park. This tool is focused to improve the user experience and customer service. Its multiple functionalities offer the people to prepare their visit, purchase a ticket or even use it as a guide during your tour at Terra Natura Benidorm and Aqua Natura Benidorm.
