Terra Natura and Aqua Natura Benidorm have been awarded with the Tourism Covid-19 Protocol On seal by Visit Benidorm.

This certificate has been given by our compliance with the prevention and security measures against Covid-19, with the main objective of generating TRUST among the Benidorm tourism sector.

Benidorm Covid-19 Protocol-ON is a recognition to those services and tourist establishments where it´s proved to the Benidorm City Council that we comply with the guidelines and provisions for the prevention and minimisation of Covid-19 as much as possible.

The guidelines to be met are based on:

-Social distancing to minimise the risk of contagion between people.

-Facilitate all the devices to promote the adequate washing of people’s hands.

-Remove and reduction of objects and surfaces shared between people that can carrier the transmission of the SARS-CoV-02 virus.

– Cleaning and disinfection intensification of surfaces.

These guidelines are detailed in the Ministerial Orders published in the different de-escalation phases who establish the conditions towards a new reality, as well as in the Specifications of the UNE 066 series and in the guide for the reopening of tourist establishments published by HOSBEC.
