From Terra Natura Benidorm we have accelerated the digital transformation process with the creation of a new app. This tool is focused on the comprehensive improvement of the user experience and the service we offer to customers through an interactive channel. The multiple functionalities that this technology includes provide the possibility for visitors to prepare their visit, purchase a ticket or even use it as a guide during your visit at Terra Natura Benidorm and Aqua Natura Benidorm.

The new application, which can be downloaded using the IOS and Android operating systems, brings the biodiversity  closer  through different functionalities, including a preview space with a 360º virtual tour, an interactive map where you have more information of the species at the zoo and activities of the water park, as well as an audio guide function equipped with multimedia elements for visitors.

The general director of Terra Natura Benidorm, Luis Perea, has pointed out that through this app “we want to adapt to the most demanded needs of our visitors in order to enhance their loyalty and interaction”. Perea said that “everything that mobility can contribute is taken into account in this application, so that the most useful and relevant information is intuitively provided”.

In addition to these aspects, there is a section with general information about the time table and activatable notices to notify the user of possible demonstrations, educational talks and other activities developed in both parks. A button is also included to answer frequent questions to be informed about news and updates.

The application is easy, intuitive and useful, where the content has been made to favour its accessibility and it´s equipped with exclusive content to enrich its usability experience. This App allow visitors to prepare their visit in advance to both parks, knowing in detail all activities available during the day. The app has been developed in collaboration with the company Orden & Gestión.

A leisure option for children

This new application was made with the intention of becoming a useful tool for boys and girls to learn about biodiversity in a fun and educational way through the online channel. A specific section called ‘Kids zone’ has been made, where the little ones can be entertained with crafts and games inspired by animals, as well as practicing children’s yoga exercises with postures like the giraffe, the turtle, the cobra, flamenco, among others.
