Terra Natura Benidorm will celebrate Halloween with challenges for families in an afterlife environment

hace 4 years

Terra Natura Benidorm prepares Halloween with decoration set in horror characters, as well as a cemetery with scenes of skeletons and graves of extinct species such as the Tasmanian tiger or the black rhinoceros among others, with the aim of raising awareness among visitors of the importance of nature conservation. Visitors who come next weekend will be able join the game of challenges that we have prepared for the occasion.

Families who wander into the park will find surprises on their way, like a witch skeleton fleeing in a rickshaw, a typical two-wheeled vehicle in India; a skeleton of a child walking a dog or another skeleton leaving its grave among a group of vulture skeletons. On this occasion, Halloween will be carried out following the protocol of security measures according to the regulations against COVID-19.

After the bird of prey show in the afternoon, where the nocturnal birds will play a leading role, a costume parade will be held in the amphitheatre area. The participants of the parade will receive, while supplies last, a gift from Terra Natura Benidorm in collaboration with Chocolates Clavileño.

The entertainment offer of the Fairy´s and Elves School will have the theme of catrinas and skeletons. In this space will take place the special slime and make-up workshop of fantastic characters. Likewise, lovers of marine animals will be able to enjoy the educational demonstration with the group of sea lions at Aqua Natura Benidorm.

The fun experience can be a total success with a session of personalised children’s activities at the Estiatorio restaurant for families who choose the Halloween Friends & Family initiative. For more information, please check options at www.terranatura.com.

Special activities with animals

Animals will also join Halloween in a special way. Next Saturday and Sunday, the enrichment activities that will be carried out will include pumpkins stuffed with meat, in the case of tigers, or fruit and mush in the case of saimiris and capuchin monkeys. The group of elephants and flying foxes will also have a specific enrichment to celebrate this date.
