The animals of Terra Natura, lead the chapter 6 of the series ‘Benidorm’ by Atresmedia
hace 4 yearsThe Terra Natura Benidorm animals have been protagonists of this week’s episode of the Atresmedia Televisión series ‘Benidorm’, filmed in Costa Blanca. The series, produced in collaboration with Plano a Plano, stars Antonio Pagudo and María Almudéver, and also has actors such as Antonio Resines or Inma Ochoa, among others, in the cast.
This week episode number 6 has been broadcast and part of the fiction takes place in the facilities of Terra Natura Benidorm. In this chapter released on the online platform, it has been possible to see some of the most emblematic spaces of Terra Natura Benidorm, such as the rhinoceros or the tiger’s facilities. Also appears the Aviary and the contact area located in the European area, where the actors interact with the mouflon and fallow deer, as well as Pangea, located at the entrance of the park.
‘Benidorm’ tells the story of a Basque notary who is diagnosed with a head tumour and has three months to live. After hearing the news, he made the decision to move to Benidorm to find the love of his youth.
It is not the first time that Terra Natura’s facilities host a film or television fiction, nationally and internationally. In 2017, the water park hosted the filming of ‘The World Is Yours’, by French director Romain Gavras, with actors Vincent Cassel and Isabel Adjani as protagonists, which can be seen on Netflix. In addition, this same year Isabel Coixet used the park’s facilities as a base of operations during the filming of her latest work “Snow in Benidorm”.
Another film made was with the Spanish director Bigas Luna and Elsa Pataky as protagonist dressed in a Hindu shari along with the Asian elephants. Likewise, Disney Channel and other international reality shows have also put their interest in the park on different occasions.
