We have just put into practice our self-protection protocol to know how employees should act in the event of an emergency situation. Within the training, a simulation has been carried out with the park closed to put into practice the acquired knowledge. Specifically, two attempts of fire were simulated, one, in the Mare Nostrum restaurant in Aqua Natura and the other one in the Nilgos meadow in the Asian area, always with the collaboration of the Fire Department of Alicante.
The training has included various theoretical and practical knowledge about the extinction of fires, emergencies and first aid among a group of 56 professionals from different areas of the park. The course has been aimed for workers to act quickly and effectively before the occurrence of any incident.
