Terra Natura Benidorm and Aqua Natura Benidorm have been awarded the TUR4all Accessible Tourism seal, a distinction that accredits us as an accessible theme park. The accreditation has been granted by the state platform Impulsa Igualdad together with Benidorm Town Hall, within the framework of the Accessible Tourism Plan of the town. This distinction recognises the work of both parks to improve accessibility, not only in their facilities, but also in the services we offer.

In Terra Natura Benidorm we have a fully adapted route without access barriers so that any user can enjoy the experience of meeting more than 150 different species, most of which are vulnerable or in danger of extinction. The route in both parks is equipped with ramps to facilitate the movement of people with reduced mobility. In addition, other areas such as toilets, restaurants, shade and rest areas are also accessible.
