We have established a protocol of safety measures and health prevention where we reinforce the disinfection work of the premises

We are getting ready for the reopening that is going to take place in June, 22nd. We have established a complete protocol of safety and health prevention measures to guarantee the maximum safety of our visitors and employees during their stay at Terra Natura.

The prevention plan has been drawn up based on the guidelines and recommendations given by the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE) for amusement, animal and leisure parks, which are included in the UNE 0066-18 specification.

At this time, we are finishing preparations so Terra Natura Benidorm can reopen its doors to visitors in a few days, after last March we had to close temporarily when the State of Alarm was decreed by the Government. During the period where we had to stop the activity, we have continued with our conservation programmes and with the commitment of animal welfare and the preservation of biodiversity.

The package of prevention measures will include some actions such as taking the temperature to visitors and employees upon arrival at the nature park or reducing the capacity in accordance with current legal regulations. Following the guidelines of the health authorities, the USE OF FACE MASKS will be REQUIRED throughout the premises when the safety distance of two metres cannot be taken.

In order to minimise risks, the frequency of disinfection and cleaning tasks in all the facilities will be increased throughout each day. Likewise, hydroalcoholic gel dispensers will be enabled at different points in the park for visitors. Likewise, it is advised that THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS TO VISIT TERRA NATURA WILL BE MADE ONLINE THROUGH OUR WEB: www.entradasterra.com

The protocol will be reinforced with the installation of informational posters throughout the park, where recommendations will be given such as frequent hand washing, avoiding physical contact with other people or favouring the use of credit cards as a method of payment, among others.

Marks and indications will also be incorporated to help visitors to keep physical distance in areas where queues can be made, such as restaurants or entrances. To mark the recommended itinerary, follow the yellow arrows on the ground.

WE WILL GIVE MORE INFORMATION FROM MONDAY, JUNE 15th.
