The director of ONCE in Benidorm, Vicente José Vázquez González, and the general manager of Terra Natura Benidorm, Luis Perea, held a meeting this morning to seek new ways of collaboration and promote the development of measures to promote inclusive and accessible leisure.

During the meeting, they toured Terra & Aqua Natura. The main purpose of this visit was to establish collaboration guidelines to work together in order to improve the accessibility of the parks and thus promote the inclusion of people with different needs, including those with disabilities, both visual and others.

Among the measures discussed, were possible advice on accessibility, guidelines to follow to enrich the experience of the visit for ONCE users, as well as for any person with a disability.

On the other hand, in terms of employment, it has been raised the recruitment of people with disabilities of the ONCE Social Group in Terra Natura Benidorm.

As a result of this first meeting, it has been agreed to launch a special offer aimed at ONCE staff in the coming days.

Representatives of ONCE and Terra Natura Benidorm have agreed on the importance of joining forces to increase inclusive and accessible leisure, in order to improve the experience of all users during their visit to the parks, regardless of their abilities.

The collaboration between the two organisations represents a further step towards creating truly inclusive leisure spaces, where everyone can fully enjoy the activities and experiences on offer.
