BASES OF THE PROMOTION

Terms:

All people over 18 years old, who are fans of the Terra Natura Benidorm Facebook page, of any nationality and country of residence who have a valid Terra Natura Benidorm or Terra Natura + Aqua Natura Benidorm Pass or who on date end of the raffle (March 31^st, 2022) have acquired it.

The participant must meet all the requirements set out in the section: ‘Participation system’ for their correct participation.

Only one entry per user is allowed.

The prize is not redeemable for cash.

The organization will check and validate all the profiles of the participating users to guarantee their authenticity, only personal profiles may participate, company profiles will not be accepted, and it is mandatory that the participants are followers of the official Facebook page of Terra Natura Benidorm ( @TerraNaturaZoo) and PUEBLO ACANTILADO SUITES****

Any contestant deemed by management to be using fake profiles or vote-trading pages will be removed from the raffle.

It is also mandatory to participate, to have the Terra Natura Benidorm or Terra Natura Benidorm + Aqua Natura Benidorm Annual Pass in force or to have acquired it by the end of the contest (March 31^st, 2022).

Employees of Terra Natura Benidorm or Murcia or PUEBLO ACANTILADO SUITES may not participate.

Terra Natura Benidorm reserves the right to modify any point of this promotion in any of its rules and conditions.

The participants of this promotion expressly authorise the organizer to use their name and participation free of charge for advertising purposes.

We will verify that the winner has the Annual Pass, if at the end of the raffle they don´t have the Pass, we will carry out again the raffle among all the participants who meet all the participation requirements.
