The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has awarded us with the ‘Safe Travel Seal’ (Travel Safety Stamp). The quality label recognises the hygiene protocols and sanitary measures that we keep in both parks to guarantee the safety of visitors.

The package of prevention measures that we apply in Terra Natura Benidorm and Aqua Natura Benidorm includes actions such as taking the temperature of visitors, the installation of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers, the use of face masks, the increase in frequency of disinfection and cleaning tasks in all facilities, among others.

The WTTC has created this seal so travellers can identify which destinations and companies have standardised health and hygiene protocols to provide confidence to consumers and thus accelerate the recovery of this sector that has been particularly affected by the consequences of the global pandemic.

The protocols followed by the WTTC have been developed based on the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and also have the support of the World Tourism Organization. (OMT).

The WTTC seal is added to other quality labels that we have at Terra Natura Benidorm and Aqua Natura Benidorm such as the SICTED label of ‘Commitment for tourism quality’, granted by the Secretary of State for Tourism (SET) in recognition of the Actions undertaken to promote continuous improvement of the quality of tourist services in both parks.
