From Terra Natura Benidorm we have made a twist to our educational programme, aimed at students from schools in the Valencian Community. Our parks, dedicated to conservation, has developed a new interactive tool through our APP so teachers can complement the educational visit of students with activities and special challenges.

Teachers who visit Terra Natura Benidorm with their school will have exclusive access to an interactive tour that will lead them through the park, while developing activities and overcoming surprising challenges to test the knowledge of the students in a playful, didactic and different way in Natural Sciences and Biology.

Another of the proposals of the educational offer for the 2021/2022 academic year will be the ‘World of Venom’ experience inside the Pangea volcano and the renewed birds of prey demonstration. The park will give useful information to teachers through the APP to prepare the visit: interactive map, animal cards, videos and audios with some curiosities, word games, crosswords, etc.
Likewise, the students will have complementary material to enrich their visit and even prepare the visit in the classroom and work on the contents. The contents have been designed by professionals of Education, Conservation and Biology. Through these visits, we promote values of respect and awareness towards the preservation of the planet’s biodiversity and environmental conservation.
Schools can choose between two different types of visit. On the one hand, students can make the visit freely with the teacher using the interactive tool, and in the other hand there is an option of doing the tour guided by an educator from Terra Natura Benidorm.
