CONDITIONS
To qualify for a reduced fare for people with functional diversity, they must present a document certifying a +33% disability.
Free admission will be offered to companions of persons with functional diversity who can prove the need for a third person by means of a document issued by the competent authorities.

GUIDES
Our educational guides will make the visit to your chosen continent entertaining and enriching. Guided visits last about 90 minutes for groups of 20 persons or more. Guided visits must be reserved in advance.

SPECIAL OFFER FOR TRAVEL AGENTS
Travel agencies that collaborate with Terra Natura and Aqua Natura Benidorm on a regular basis will receive one free entrance and up to three additional tickets with a 50% discount. Subject to confirmation with a minimum one week advance notice.
Discounts and promotions are not accepted.
