Customer ServiceÂ
Our Customer Service desk is located at the ticketing area of Terra Natura. We are available to answer any questions you have and resolve any problems that arise. Contact Customer Service if you have lost an Ãtem inside the park.Â
Should a child become lost, you must come to the Customer Service desk to communicate the loss and initiate a search.Â
Guided Visits (with prior reservation and subject to availability): Minimum 20 people per guide.Â

Our parks have been designed specifically to meet the mobility needs of persons with functional disabilities. Adults and children of all ages and capacities can join in the activities and areas of both Terra Natura and Aqua Natura Benidorm. Our goal is to eliminate barriers so that everybody, without exception, can have an enjoyable and unforgettable day.Â
We recommend that those people with mobility limitations come accompanied by somebody who can assist them during the visit.Â

LifeguardsÂ
Aqua Natura has a team of qualified lifeguards. As well as keeping visitors safe, they are happy to answer your questions.Â
Medical First AidÂ
Aqua Natura has a medical service which offers first aid and medical assistance.Â

You can leave your belongings in lockers located next to the changing rooms.Â
Green zone Lounge bed: 8€ (no discounts allowed).

We have floating chairs available for the disabled, free of charge while at Aqua Natura.Â

Both Terra Natura and Aqua Natura offer ample parking. No guard is on duty. 7€ per vehicle/day.Â
