    Rules \u2013 Terra Natura & Aqua Natura (Benidorm)<\/h3>\n
    \n\t
      \n
    1. General Rules (Applicable to Both Parks)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Both parks reserve the right of admission and expulsion<\/strong> in accordance with current regulations.<\/li>\n
      2. Opening and closing hours<\/strong> may be subject to change<\/strong>; it is recommended to check at the entrance offices of the relevant park.<\/li>\n
      3. Some facilities or attractions may remain closed<\/strong> for technical, weather-related or organisational reasons.<\/li>\n
      4. The parks shall not be liable for damages suffered by visitors<\/strong> as a result of failure to comply with the rules.<\/li>\n
      5. These rules may be modified<\/strong> for reasons related to park operations.<\/li>\n
      6. With consent, photography staff may take images during the visit<\/strong>; photographs not purchased will be deleted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      7. Both parks reserve the exclusive right to film<\/strong> within their facilities and to use such material for commercial purposes.<\/li>\n
      8. Access, Experiences and parking tickets are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      9. Discount coupons apply only to the general full-day rate<\/strong> and cannot be combined with other promotions.<\/li>\n
      10. The 2-day combined Terra Natura + Aqua Natura ticket<\/strong> is valid for the selected day and the consecutive day, visiting a different park each day.<\/li>\n
      11. The parks shall not be responsible for lost or stolen items<\/strong> within their facilities.<\/li>\n
      12. No public announcement system<\/strong> is available for personal messages.<\/li>\n
      13. Free admission will be granted to adult companions of persons with disabilities<\/strong> who certify the need for a third person<\/strong> by means of an official document issued by the competent authorities.<\/li>\n
      14. Any incident relating to tickets purchased through third-party collaborators<\/strong> must be managed with said collaborator.<\/li>\n
      15. In the event of a medical incident<\/strong>, visitors must go to the Medical First Aid Room<\/strong> located in the locker and changing room area of Aqua Natura.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

        Visitor Obligations<\/h3>\n

        2.1 Common to Both Parks<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. In the event of being lost<\/strong>, minors must report to the corresponding park\u00b4s staff.<\/li>\n
        2. It is mandatory to comply at all times with the rules regarding the use of the facilities<\/strong> and with staff instructions.<\/li>\n
        3. In designated picnic areas<\/strong>, the applicable rules and capacity limits must be respected.<\/li>\n
        4. For security reasons, visitors must allow inspection of bags or luggage<\/strong> if requested.<\/li>\n
        5. Rental strollers and scooters<\/strong> must be returned to the same collection point; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.<\/li>\n
        6. Guests staying at Magic Natura or Pirates Resort<\/strong> must wear the activated wristband provided at reception in order to access the premises. Any claim in this regard must be addressed to the Reception of the corresponding Resort.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

          2.2 Specific to Terra Natura<\/h3>\n

          1. It is mandatory to keep the torso covered<\/strong> and to wear appropriate footwear<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          2. Safety distances<\/strong> indicated in animal enclosures must be respected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00a0\u00a02.3 Specific to Aqua Natura<\/h3>\n
            \n\t
              \n
            1. It is mandatory to shower<\/strong> before each swim.<\/li>\n
            2. It is necessary to know how to swim<\/strong> in order to use certain attractions.<\/li>\n
            3. For safety reasons, children and non-swimmers must be supervised<\/strong> at all times.<\/li>\n
            4. The distribution and organization <\/strong>of slide departures corresponds to the person in charge of each attraction.<\/li>\n
            5. The use of attractions by persons with reduced mobility or disabilities<\/strong> shall be subject to restrictions to ensure their safety and that of other users.<\/li>\n
            6. Sunbeds and loungers<\/strong> may only be used in designated areas and may not be moved to other areas.<\/li>\n
            7. Information regarding the proper use of aquatic attractions and pools is displayed in the facilities. It is mandatory to comply<\/strong> at all times with the posted rules and with the instructions of Aqua Natura staff<\/strong>. All attractions are subject to age, height and weight restrictions, which must be strictly observed. The company shall not be liable for damages resulting from failure to comply with such rules.<\/li>\n
            8. Access to the facilities must be made wearing appropriate swimwear and footwear<\/strong>. Street clothing or garments with buttons or zippers are not permitted on slides.<\/li>\n
            9. It is recommended not to wear valuables such as rings, chains or watches<\/strong> while using the facilities. The company is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.<\/li>\n
            10. It is mandatory to respect rules of coexistence and proper behaviour<\/strong> towards other visitors and park employees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

              3. Prohibitions<\/h3>\n
              \n\t

              3.1 Common to Both Parks<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. Children under 14 years of age<\/strong> may not enter the park without being accompanied by an adult of legal age.<\/li>\n
              2. Children under 12 years of age<\/strong> must be accompanied by an adult<\/strong> at all times.<\/li>\n
              3. Entry with plastic bags, shopping carts, wheeled coolers or industrial food containers<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              4. Entry with portable coolers, cooler bags or backpacks<\/strong> exceeding the maximum permitted dimensions (20 x 30 x 20 cm) is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              5. The entry or use of balls, skates, bicycles, tricycles or similar items<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              6. Entry to the park with animals<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              7. Smoking<\/strong> or consuming narcotic substances throughout the premises is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              8. Running<\/strong> through the facilities or making improper use of them is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              9. The flying of drones<\/strong> without prior authorisation from the company is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              10. Accessing demonstrations or shows<\/strong> once they have started is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              11. Introducing objects that may hinder the normal operation of the park<\/strong> or endanger the safety of visitors or facilities is prohibited.<\/li>\n
              12. Bringing food not purchased within the park into VIP or Reserved areas<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                \u00a03.2 Specific to Terra Natura<\/h3>\n

                  \n
                1. Bathing in fountains<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                2. Touching or feeding animals<\/strong> is prohibited, except in expressly authorised and signposted areas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

                  3.3 Specific to Aqua Natura<\/h3>\n
                  \n\t
                    \n
                  1. Certain aquatic attractions are subject to weight limitations<\/strong>, such as NIAGARA (max. 85 kg) and CRESTA (min. 50 kg and max. 100 kg).<\/li>\n
                  2. Adult slides may not be used by persons under 1.20 metres in height<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                  3. The company shall not be liable for damages<\/strong> resulting from failure to comply with these rules.<\/li>\n
                  4. The use of mobile phones, cameras or video<\/strong> devices in pools or aquatic attractions is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  5. The use of inflatable mattresses<\/strong> or similar items is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  6. Entry with canned goods and\/or glass containers<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  7. Entry with camping or beach furniture<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  8. The use of aquatic attractions<\/strong> is not permitted if the bather feels unwell, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or suffers from infectious diseases or other conditions that justify restriction.<\/li>\n
                  9. Pregnant women<\/strong> and persons with heart conditions or spinal problems are not permitted to use the slides<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                  10. Only flotation devices<\/strong> provided by the park may be used in pools and slides.<\/li>\n
                  11. Eating or drinking<\/strong> inside pools and slides is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  12. Crossing the marked swimming lines<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  13. Diving goggles, sunglasses or prescription glasses<\/strong> are not permitted in pools unless secured with a strap. In aquatic attractions the use it is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  14. Reserving tables, chairs or sunbeds<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  15. Games that may be dangerous<\/strong> or cause inconvenience to third parties are prohibited.<\/li>\n
                  16. Picnicking outside designated areas<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                    5. Parking Rules<\/h3>\n

                      \n
                    1. The use of the parking facilities is subject to payment of a daily fee<\/strong> (see official website for prices).<\/li>\n
                    2. The company shall not be liable for damage to vehicles<\/strong> or for objects left inside them.<\/li>\n
                    3. The parking<\/strong> period ends upon closure of the park facilities.<\/li>\n
                    4. Spaces reserved for persons with disabilities<\/strong> must be respected.<\/li>\n
                    5. It is mandatory to follow the instructions of staff <\/strong>and parking signage at all times for safety reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

                      4. Picnic Area Rules<\/h3>\n

                        \n
                      • Picnicking<\/strong> is permitted only in designated areas, subject to compliance with applicable rules and capacity limits.<\/li>\n
                      • Moving picnic area furniture<\/strong> to other areas of the park is prohibited.<\/li>\n
                      • Once the picnic has concluded, waste<\/strong> must be deposited in the appropriate containers.<\/li>\n
                      • Picnic areas are supervised by park staff, who may require users failing to comply with the rules<\/strong> to leave the area.<\/li>\n
                      • Picnicking on restaurant or cafeteria terraces<\/strong> is prohibited.<\/li>\n
