Extended description of the purpose(s) of the processing:

The user is hereby informed that Terra Natura, S.A. will process the personal data provided by the user for the following purposes:

- To guarantee the user access to and use of the various contents located on the website.

- User registrations to provide access to the various services available: to consult all our active job offers, or to leave us the curriculum vitae for future vacancies, as well as user service.

- User registrations for the purchase of tickets and annual passes.

- User registrations to facilitate the management of requested group bookings.

- To inform the user by any means, including sending commercial communications to the e-mail address provided by the user, of Terra Natura, S.A. products and services.

- User registrations for registration for the various activities offered by Terra Natura, S.A.

- Likewise, user browsing data and cookies may be processed in order to improve your accessibility as a user, personalise and analyse your browsing, as well as to display advertising and advertisements based on your interests in accordance with our cookies policy, which must be configured and accepted prior to browsing our website.

- In addition, Terra Natura, S.A. may use the data not associated to the user, always preserving their anonymity, even after the end of the relationship, in order to use them within the systems to support decision-making and business management.

 

LEGITIMACY

The legitimacy for the processing of your data are the consents obtained from the user, that derived from the use of the website, the contracting of products or services, and any other that may be applicable at any time.

Users' consents are obtained both when registering as a user and in the different requests made on the website, and may be modified at any time by the user by exercising their rights. The processing may also be based, in the case of customers with contracts in force, on the legitimate interests of Terra Natura, S.A. for the offer of its own products and related services, loyalty scheme, profiling to offer products or services similar to those contracted and to communicate this data to third party companies to carry out administrative procedures for the purposes of customer admission, fraud prevention, claims and debt collection.

CONSERVATION

Terra Natura, S.A. will keep the user's data for the duration of the contractual relationship and after the contractual relationship, if they have given their consent, the data will be kept for promotional activities for a period of two years. For the rest of the users, the data will also be kept for a period of two years, without prejudice to the data retention obligations required by the applicable legislation in each case.

 

In short, the data will not be kept for longer than is necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to any retention that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of potential claims and/or as long as permitted by the applicable legislation.

Terra Natura, S.A. recommends that parents, representatives or legal guardians supervise or take appropriate precautions when minors are surfing the Internet, as well as establish filters on the information and content that minors may or may not access.

In accordance with current legislation and our practices, the registration of minors to purchase tickets and/or Family Card Passes online, as well as to send information about our products and services directly to minors must be carried out by the parents or legal guardians of the minor by means of the consent that they provide by accepting our privacy policy and purchase policy.

TARGET

The provision of the services that Terra Natura, S.A. offers through its website may require other third party service providers to access the user's personal data as data processors. The aforementioned service providers are located in Spain and, in any case, in the European Economic Area.

In addition to the foregoing, Terra Natura, S.A. may transfer or communicate personal data in order to fulfil its obligations to the Public Administrations in cases where this is required in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time and, where appropriate, also to other bodies such as the State and Government Security Forces and the Judiciary system.

Terra Natura S.A. may also make assignments to the corresponding insurance company at any given time in order to manage certain claims.

The Enterprise has outsourced some technical services and specialised computer applications to third parties. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
