We have launched an innovative tour so families who wish to visit our park virtually can get to know the animals that live here; at the moment Terra Natura remains closed due to the measures established by the Spanish Government to face the coronavirus pandemic and avoid the risk of contagion.

The 360-degree virtual tour, which is totally free, allows you to visualise the different thematic areas of this conservation space, where lives more than 1,500 animals of 200 different species, almost 100 of them are protected or in danger of extinction. You´ll find an aerial view of the entire park which recreate Pangea, America, Asia and Europe.

Within each area, users can discover emblematic species such as Asian elephants, Indian rhinos, Bengal tigers, Siamang monkeys, Capuchin monkeys, tropical birds in the aviary, among others. The tour takes place in an intuitive and simple way in order to promote scientific dissemination, conservation and awareness about them.

The tour allows you to enjoy the vision of different areas of Terra Natura Benidorm and you can also take panoramic photos to share in the social media. This website includes an interactive map, where families can directly access the theme areas of the park and see a total view of the meadows and enclosures of some animals.

During the tour, users are accompanied by an explorer who will reveal curiosities of the animals and provide exclusive photos of them. The initiative has been specially designed so the public have a new digital leisure tool.

Log on into the virtual tour, http://benidorm.terranatura.com/visita-virtual/index.html through devices such as computers, tablets and VR glasses, where the degree of immersion is total.

The director of Terra Natura Benidorm, Luis Perea, has pointed out that “the virtual tour allows people to learn about the biodiversity of our park without having to visit us physically. We provide a new entertainment option so that families can enjoy and manage better the confinement in their homes”.
