Christmas has come early at Terra Natura Benidorm. The animals have already started to enjoy environmental enrichment activities with natural elements typical of this celebration, which have been specially made as a prelude to the arrival of the festive season. Our team of keepers have prepared pine cones stuffed with fish, which will be placed in the otters’ facilities so that they can develop their ingenuity in finding and obtaining their food.

On the other hand, the siamangs, muntjacs and donkeys will be able to wander through their meadows to discover the curious gifts that have been left in them, which will hide food inside. The branches of the Christmas trees will also serve as a support for the environmental enrichment, which seeks to promote the entertainment of the animals and thus enhance their well-being.
