Terra Natura Benidorm takes part in leading European conference on conservation and animal welfare
hace 3 weeksTerra Natura Benidorm is taking part in the 2026 Annual Conference of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA), which is being held in Paris from 29 September to 3 October. Our General Management team and the park’s Conservation Manager are attending this international event, which brings together more than 1,000 professionals working in conservation, animal welfare, research and environmental education.
The conference, organised by the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle in collaboration with EAZA, provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest initiatives, share experiences and build professional connections with institutions and specialists from across Europe.
For Terra Natura Benidorm, attending this event allows us to remain closely connected to the latest developments in conservation and animal welfare, discover new projects and approaches, and promote the exchange of knowledge with other zoos, aquariums and organisations.
This exchange of expertise is particularly important at a time when effective conservation increasingly depends on close cooperation between institutions, scientific knowledge and coordinated international efforts to address the challenges facing wildlife and biodiversity today.
